What we collect

When you create a Threshold Studios account, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and brokerage. When you request a shoot, we collect the property address, service selections, preferred timing, and any notes you provide.

How we use it

We use this information to manage your account, schedule and deliver photography services, communicate about bookings, and provide access to your listing media. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Media storage

Listing photos, video, and floor plans are stored with our media partners (including Playbook) and are only accessible to the client the listing belongs to.

Sign in with Apple

If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive your name and the email address you choose to share (which may be a private relay address). We use this only to create and manage your account.

Data retention

We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can review and update your account details in the app. You can also permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Account details → Delete account in the app — this removes your profile, bookings, and listing links immediately.

Third parties

We use Supabase for account and data storage, Resend for transactional email, and Playbook for hosting delivered media galleries. These providers process data only on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
